Acceptance of these Terms is a condition precedent to accessing any real-money service on PM8888. PM8888 reserves the right to decline service to any individual without providing a reason, in its absolute discretion.
PM8888 operates an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — to create an Account. If PM8888 discovers that a User is underage, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions voided and any winnings forfeited. PM8888 will cooperate with relevant authorities where underage access is identified.
PM8888 provides services to users in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. Users who access PM8888 from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own legal risk. PM8888 does not represent that access is lawful in all territories. Pakistani users in particular are advised to obtain independent legal advice regarding the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial regulations before participating.
Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on PM8888. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. PM8888 will void all winnings, forfeit all balances and suspend or terminate all associated Accounts upon detection of duplicate accounts.
Employees, contractors, directors and officers of PM8888, its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated entities — and their immediate family members — are not permitted to hold active gaming Accounts on PM8888.
PM8888 is strictly an adults-only platform. Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction. Local laws may restrict gambling. Please understand your legal obligations before participating.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required by PM8888 for KYC and compliance purposes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. PM8888 recommends the use of a strong, unique password not shared across other online services. You must notify PM8888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. PM8888 accepts no liability for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
Your Account will be denominated in the currency selected at registration. Pakistani users may select PKR as their Account currency. Currency conversion rates applied to transactions are determined by PM8888 at the time of the transaction and may include a conversion margin. PM8888 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. Any change in residential address, email address or personal identification details must be reported to PM8888 via the Account settings or support channels. PM8888 may request updated documentation to verify any changes.
PM8888 operates a robust Know Your Customer programme as part of its anti-money-laundering and responsible-gambling obligations. KYC verification may be required at any stage, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, at the request of PM8888's compliance team or upon any significant change to Account activity.
PM8888 may request any or all of the following documents from Users:
PM8888 references payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as familiar Pakistani payment context only. No endorsement, affiliation or support of gambling operations by those providers is implied.
PM8888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict deposits or suspend an Account in full pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period specified by PM8888 may result in Account termination and return of any verified real-money balance, net of processing costs, at PM8888's discretion.

PM8888 supports a range of deposit methods subject to availability in the cashier at the time of transaction. Pakistani users may find locally familiar payment options referenced in the cashier, including but not limited to mobile wallets, bank transfer and potentially cryptocurrency options. The availability of any specific payment method is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be expressed in PKR. Users are required to verify the applicable minimum deposit for their chosen method in the cashier before initiating a transaction. PM8888 does not guarantee any specific minimum deposit amount as these may change.
PM8888 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposit processing times vary by payment method. PM8888 does not guarantee instantaneous crediting of funds and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions or network issues.
Transactions conducted in PKR will be processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. PM8888 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PKR equivalent of deposits denominated in other currencies.
Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed the applicable KYC verification process and whose Account balance consists of eligible real-money funds. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. PM8888 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
For anti-money-laundering compliance, PM8888 requires that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. PM8888 reserves the right to return funds to an alternative verified method owned by the Account holder where the originating method is no longer available.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and PM8888's internal review timeline. PM8888 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing window. Users are advised to account for potential delays attributable to KYC review, third-party payment processing and banking institution handling times.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply, varying by payment method and Account status. Users should verify applicable withdrawal limits in the cashier or by contacting PM8888 support before initiating a withdrawal request.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentives offered by PM8888 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount, the deposit amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered. PM8888 will publish the applicable Wagering Requirement in PKR-illustrative terms in each promotion's specific terms.
While Bonus Funds are active in an Account, a maximum bet restriction applies. Users who place bets exceeding the stated maximum bet amount during a bonus period may have their bonus voided and any associated winnings forfeited. The maximum bet limit applicable to any specific bonus will be stated in that promotion's terms.
Not all games contribute equally toward the Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute at a higher percentage than table games, live casino games or sports bets. The applicable game contribution rates for each promotion will be published in the specific promotion terms. PM8888 reserves the right to exclude specific games from bonus wagering at any time.
All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, after which any unmet Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of both the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings. The expiry period applicable to any bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
PM8888 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings and suspend or terminate Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; using arbitrage or matched-betting strategies in breach of promotion terms; or colluding with other Users to exploit promotional offers.
All bonus amounts referenced on PM8888, including PKR figures such as PKR 1,000, PKR 10,000 or PKR 25,000, are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as live offers. Always verify the current terms of any active promotion in the cashier or promotions section before opting in.
Users of PM8888 are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.
Fraudulent Activity: Any evidence of fraudulent conduct, money laundering or criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. PM8888 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units where required.

If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting PM8888 support. Self-exclusion will take effect within 24 hours of your request. During a self-exclusion period, PM8888 will suspend all marketing communications and gaming access. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated; you may request an extension at any time.
PM8888 employs age verification checks and monitors Account activity for indicators of underage gambling. We recommend that parents and guardians use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

All content on the PM8888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of PM8888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any PM8888 content without prior written authorisation from PM8888.
Game content, including game software, graphics, sounds and mechanics, is the property of the respective third-party game studios that supply content to PM8888. All third-party intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
PM8888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PM8888 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of information, the availability of any game or market, or the uninterrupted availability of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PM8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. PM8888 accepts no responsibility for any financial loss incurred by you as a result of using the Platform. You access and use PM8888 entirely at your own risk.
PM8888 is not responsible for the actions, services, terms or content of third-party payment providers, game studios, data suppliers or any other third-party entities referenced on the Platform. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are for user context only and do not imply any contractual relationship, endorsement or guarantee of service.
PM8888 reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, PM8888 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of termination may be returned to the User via the original deposit method, net of any applicable processing costs, at PM8888's discretion and subject to any investigative holds.
Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting PM8888 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals and open bets will be settled in accordance with standard procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PM8888 is incorporated and licensed, as specified in PM8888's current licensing disclosures. PM8888 does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor that use of PM8888 is lawful under Pakistani law.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of PM8888, you are encouraged to contact PM8888 support in the first instance. PM8888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate adjudication or arbitration process as specified by PM8888's licence jurisdiction.
These Terms are drafted in English. Where any translation is provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
PM8888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, PM8888 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email, platform notification or by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of PM8888 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
